Astroscopico de las Tendinopatias sin Ruptura del Manguito Rotador, Conclusiones

El tratamiento artroscópico de las tendinopatías del manguito rotador llegó a la edad de la razón, pero no debe producir un entusiasmo excesivo. Los resultados obtenidos no son mejores que los de las técnicas quirúrgicas convencionales. En particular, el período de recuperación sigue siendo el mismo. Sin embargo estos son obtenidos a menor costo: bajo costo cicatricial, confort del operado, corta duración de hospitalización y ausencia de complicaciones graves (7); justificando la utilización de este método.

La artroscopia nos ha permitido progresar en nuestros conocimientos.

El término de tendinopatía revela nuestras incertidumbres en la patogenia, y este estudio debe ser una iniciación a la búsqueda, adoptando una clasificación lesional.

Es evidente que las rupturas parciales representan un problema específico y en particular debemos considerar nuestras indicaciones en la porción profunda.

El tratamiento artroscópico de las calcificaciones es preferible a la cirugía convencional, debido a su gran eficacia.
